Knight steps down from Portillion due to ill health

Mortgage industry veteran Stephen Knight is stepping down as CEO of Portillion, following diagnosis with a brain tumour.

David Hill, formally Portillion’s chief financial officer, is appointed CEO. Barry Searle remains as chief operating officer.

Investors have been informed.
