Keystone joins SimplyBiz Mortgages panel

Published on

SimplyBiz Mortgages has announced its partnership with specialist buy-to-let lender Keystone Property Finance.

With immediate effect, all SimplyBiz Mortgage members will have direct access to Keystone’s range of buy-to-let products, short-term finance and commercial mortgages.

In addition, members will also be able to speak with Keystone’s team of underwriters.

“With the onset of both regulatory and fiscal changes, the buy-to-let market is evolving rapidly,” said Martin Reynolds, CEO of SimplyBiz Mortgages.

“Working with experts in the expanding limited company buy-to-let arena will enable our members to offer wider solutions to their clients. The team at Keystone are recognised for their vast experience and knowledge of the market and we believe they will offer a valuable new service to our members.”

David Whittaker (pictured), CEO of Keystone Property Finance, added: “We are delighted to join the panel and our BDMs will be visiting SimplyBiz Members regularly to help place cases and explain how our product ranges have been designed to meet the changing needs of investors and businesses.

“We are particularly suited to helping brokers with clients who are incorporating their buy to let portfolios as we can cater for both SPVs and trading limited companies. And we offer the same competitive rates to companies as we do to those investing personally. We’re also pretty quick at issuing AIPs – within a couple of hours – and offer instant mortgage illustrations for brokers to send out to their clients and retain for record keeping requirements.

“We look forward to partnering with SimplyBiz in what we anticipate will be a busy time for brokers and landlords over the next few years.”
