Key Partnerships to hold October seminars

Published on

Key Partnerships is expanding its support for IFAs and mortgage brokers with a number of seminars outlining opportunities to grow their business.

The equity release referral service is partnering with LV= and Shawbrook to raise awareness of the development of the later life lending market and to outline its range of solutions now available to help meet the needs of older homeowners who are sitting on a record of £1 trillion in property wealth.

The seminars will seek to help advisers unlock the growth potential for their businesses by identifying and meeting the needs of their older clients.

The seminars will run from 10am–12:30pm and a CPD certificate will be provided for attendance. Details of the events and venues are as follows:

  • 12 October, Hotel Novotel, Coventry
  • 13 October Village Hotel, Ashton Moss, Greater Manchester
  • 19 October Village Hotel, Watford
  • 20 October Village Hotel, Maidstone
  • 25 October Village Hotel, Farnborough
  • 26 October Royal Berkshire Hotel, Reading

Key Partnerships will discuss the growing equity release market, highlighting recent product innovation and using case studies from clients introduced by referral partners to illustrate the wide range of needs that lifetime mortgages can meet.

LV= will provide insight into the changing retirement landscape and how pensions, mortgage and protection propositions all offer opportunities for advisers to assist customers, while Shawbrook will be sharing their plans for lending propositions aimed specifically at the over-55s market.

Will Hale, director at Key Partnerships, said: “With house prices showing little sign of slowing down in many parts of the UK it’s clear why many are choosing to utilise their property assets to enhance their retirement finances.

“In this series of seminars, we are looking to help advisers understand how to expand their services for older clients whilst maximising their own business opportunities.”
