Key moves to version three

Mortgage Brain, is rolling out a new iteration of the Key, version three.
The new version of its business management, mortgage sales and compliance process software, enables brokers to track concurrent sales and contain separate cases for each sale. This allows users to group all product and compliance documentation, as well as mortgage and GI application forms, for a particular case in one electronic file.
It also allows brokers to send their clients an online version of the Key’s fact find, which they can check, update and send back direct to the broker’s system.
The new version also contains new compliance monitoring and lead management functionalities.
