Key Group has announced the appointment of Richard Brook as its new head of strategic partner marketing.

Brook is experienced in strategic development, planning and the implementation of effective marketing campaigns. Most recently, he was head of B2B marketing and communications at Tenet where he led work on the rebrand of the group alongside overall marketing activity.

Prior to this, he was Regional University Partnership’s Manager at FDM Group where he built and maintained relationships with over 30 Universities and local employers to encourage more graduates into the technology sector.

As head of strategic partner marketing – a new role for Key Group – he will be responsible for promoting the combined strengths of Key Group’s B2B proposition across the mortgage clubs, networks and other strategic partners Key Group is connected to.

He will report directly into Stuart Wilson, corporate marketing director.

Brook said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Key Group at such an interesting time for the business and the industry. I am especially looking forward to working alongside our partners to enhance later life lending options for customers.

“This is paramount, therefore I will be fully utilising my expertise and insight to drive this exciting agenda forward.”

Wilson added: “With partnerships becoming increasingly important for Key Group and its brands, we are delighted to hire someone with the depth and breadth of experience that Richard boasts.

“I look forward to working closely with him as he helps us to support our partners and develop our offering in this area.”
