Kensington makes key rate reductions

Kensington has unveiled its summer mortgage range.

It has reduced rates across a number of LTV categories.

For example, the 75% LTV two-year fixed rate has been cut by 60bps, from 4.59% to 3.99%.

The lender now offers fixed rates from 3.69% up to 60% LTV.

Rates at 80% LTV have also been cut, with fixed rate mortgages now available from 4.74%.
