Just Mortgages unveils digital and social media solution to brokers

Published on

Just Mortgages is providing employed and self-employed brokers a digital and social media solution in order to help with lead generation.

The firm will be offering all brokers the opportunity to generate mortgage leads, boost their online presence and area exposure via a suite of digital marketing tools.

The service includes an adviser microsite for each broker, which is linked to the main Just Mortgages website, a Google My Business Location, a Facebook business page, an Instagram Business Page, Rep.com and Trust Pilot.

Brokers who sign up will also receive technical support from the Just Mortgages digital team who will help them to drive traffic to the advisers’ pages, and ensure all digital content is optimised, maintained and relevant, the firm said.

Through Google’s My Business Location and the microsites, which will be linked via a map on the Just Mortgages site, customers will be able to find Just Mortgages’ brokers with ease. Then through their social media profiles and review tools, potential customers will be able to find a bit more about the brokers and read customers reviews.

The new service was announced on 4 June at the Just Mortgages Self Employed Conference 2019.

Jessica Brome, Just Mortgages’ operations manager, is heading up the new digital service. She said: “These days, people looking for mortgage advice expect to be able to find everything they need online – from the location of their nearest broker to real reviews of that adviser’s services.

“Most of our brokers do have an online presence, but many are not making the most of it, either because they don’t know how to, or they are simply too busy seeing customers to be able to dedicate a lot of time to their digital marketing.

“In response to this need we have created a digital marketing solution so that we can support all our brokers by helping them create and maintain an online presence to boost their business.”
