Just Mortgages opens new London hub

Mortgage broker Just Mortgages has announced the launch of its new London facility.

The central hub based at Just Mortgage’s Islington office is headed up by its divisional sales director Tommy Taylor, with the aim of improving customer service.

It will look after the mortgage facilities for high net worth estate agency chains (and brands of the Spicerhaart group) Felicity J Lord which has 16 branches in central London, and Chewton Rose which has 12 UK branches dealing with properties worth £0.5m and over.

The centralised unit allows brokers at Just Mortgages to offer a telephone service or face-to-face and office-based meetings as and when required.

Antony Lark, managing director at Just Mortgages, said: “Essentially we wanted to create a centralised location where we could continue providing our clients with a robust financial service while also offering them an appropriate proposition to meet their particular requirements. The new office will also allow those at Chewton Rose and Felicity J Lord to pass their leads to us via a dedicated team.

“We already have eight field based advisers and four active mortgage brokers working from the new office who all have valuable experience in the mortgage and protection industry. As the brand continues to gain momentum, we look forward to driving performance and delivering an even higher level of service in a particularly competitive and challenging market.”

John Phillips (pictured), group operations director of Spicerhaart and Just Mortgages, added: “Our footprint in London is continuing to grow and as a result, clients will receive direct and easy access to a wide range of products to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

“This latest development represents a significant expansion in the ongoing support we offer our customers, and the additional space will help us to continue to raise our profile while increasing our presence in the market.”
