Joint venture seeks to expand commercial finance in Scotland

Watts Commercial Finance has joined forces with Edinburgh-based Cox & Co to launch Cox & Co Commercial, a new venture aimed at strengthening commercial finance provision across Scotland.

The partnership formalises a long-standing relationship between the two firms, combining Watts’ national reach with Cox & Co’s local presence in Edinburgh and Glasgow. The new business will focus on delivering full-service commercial finance solutions to businesses and individuals throughout Scotland.

Watts Commercial Finance is a brokerage which operates across the UK with tailored finance solutions, while Cox & Co has built a reputation as a trusted property and mortgage firm in Scotland. By combining resources, the firms say they will offer seamless access to commercial finance in a market where demand for flexible funding remains strong.

As part of the launch, Caitlin Delaney (pictured) has been appointed as the joint venture’s first local representative. She brings more than five years’ experience at Santander UK to her new role as commercial manager, where she will support businesses in navigating finance options.
