JammJar sets out Winter26 platform changes ahead of live launch

Published on

JammJar has outlined new functionality coming to its Winter26 platform update ahead of a live-streamed launch event taking place this week.

The Winter26 release is described as the most substantial update to the JammJar platform so far, bringing together sourcing, case management, documentation, compliance and communication within a single workflow, supported by AI throughout the life of a case.

The update will be formally unveiled during a live online demonstration on Wednesday 11 February, where brokers will be able to see how the latest version operates in real advice scenarios.

Designed to reflect how mortgage advice works in practice, Winter26 connects multiple stages of the advice journey into one workflow. Advisers are able to source mortgages directly within the platform, with sourcing criteria automatically populated from existing case data and recommendations linked back to the client record. This removes the need to rekey information while retaining an auditable compliance trail.

ADVICE WITHOUT ADMIN COMPLEXITY

The update also strengthens integration between mortgage advice, protection and general insurance, with the aim of supporting more consistent advice across product lines without adding administrative complexity.

Winter26 introduces automated identity verification and anti-money laundering checks through an integrated Onfido journey, allowing advisers to complete verification within a single app-based process.

Document handling has also been expanded, with automated document analysis, categorisation and file checking, alongside built-in compliance alerts and resolution workflows. JammJar says advisers no longer need to manually review files or manage uploads, as these processes run in the background.

AI ASSISTANT

The platform’s AI assistant has been extended to analyse case data, provide real-time support, draft personalised client communications and respond to adviser queries. Improvements have also been made to phone-call navigation and call review tools, giving advisers clearer visibility of conversations and case progress.

The Winter26 platform will be demonstrated at 11am on Wednesday 11 February in a live show-and-tell session, using real cases and workflows to illustrate day-to-day use of the system.

“Brokers want to see technology make a real dent in admin and wasted time.”

Karl Griffin (pictured), chief executive officer and co-founder of JammJar, said: “Brokers are done with theory. They want to see technology make a real dent in admin, friction and wasted time.

“Winter26 is where everything finally clicks into place – sourcing, compliance, documentation and communication working as one, with AI doing the heavy lifting quietly in the background.

“This live event isn’t about slides or promises. It’s about showing advisers exactly how the platform supports them, case by case, from first conversation through to completion.”

Registration for the Winter26 launch event is now open.
