Jailed broker banned by FSA

Published on

The FSA has banned a mortgage broker who has been convicted of financial crime offences.

Yasmin Choudhary of east London was convicted last year of 13 counts of financial crime offences, for which she was sentenced, on 7 June 2010, to a total of three years imprisonment.

The regulator ruled that Miss Choudhary is not a fit and proper person to perform any functions as “her conduct demonstrates a lack of honesty and integrity””.”
