InterBay moves to larger premises

InterBay Commercial has secured a new lease and is moving premises on 4 April 2014.

The new office is on the Solent Business Park which is where InterBay launched the business in 2006. The lender believes the location offers good transport links and is a good base for recruiting staff as there is a financial services stronghold in the area.

Colin Bell, CEO of InterBay Commercial, said: “Through 2013 and into 2014 it was clear that we would soon outgrow our current premises and we therefore sought a new lease and premises to ensure we are ready for the future. A suitable premises was found in January and we are now ready to move in on 4th April.

This investment is very positive for our Key Partners and our Staff who are very excited to be moving to a newly fitted office that provides a great working environment for them to deliver the great customer service you are used to from InterBay.”

InterBay’s main 0845 numbers will remain the same, and it will be soon contacting all of its key partners and suppliers to inform them of the postal and direct dial numbers.

Bell added: “This office move gives InterBay a suitable stronghold from which to operate and continue to provide our Key Partners with the products and service we excel at.

“I look forward to welcoming you to our news offices over the coming months and wish you all the best in Q2 of 2014.”
