InterBay expands legal panel

Published on

InterBay, part of lending OSB Group, has expanded its legal panel to help speed up applications across its commercial and semi-commercial ranges.

The lender has partnered with wHarold Benjamin, Insight Law and JMW Solicitors.

The move has been created following a number of intermediary workshops designed to understand and explore key challenges and to develop and enhance the broker journey, InterBay said.

Emily Hollands (pictured), head of specialist finance, OSB Group, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Harold Benjamin, Insight Law and JMW Solicitors to our legal panel. All three firms are well regarded and the addition of their expertise enables us to offer increased choice as well as provide additional support during the mortgage process.”

Russell Hall, director, SPF Private Clients, added: “The expansion of the legal panel in InterBay is invaluable to brokers and their clients. The legal panel provides reputable solicitors that understand brokers and their requirements which is crucial to getting cases completed.

“The expansion is a huge win for InterBay and shows the intent they have in their drive to be best in class lender.”
