InterBay Commercial joins F4B panel

Specialist distributor First 4 Bridging (F4B) has added InterBay Commercial, to its lending panel.

F4B’s intermediary partners and introducers now have access to InterBay’s range of commercial, semi-commercial, buy-to-let, HMO, refurb and short-term finance products.

Steve Swyny, head of sales at F4B, said: “It’s a real positive to be aligning our expanding business operations with lenders who reflect our common-sense approach to the specialist markets. InterBay Commercial understands the many intricacies attached to specialist lending and considers cases with an open mind, however complex they may be.

“With an increasing number of borrowers seeking alternative solutions which don’t fit the tick box mentality of many mainstream lenders, this will prove to be an important panel addition for our intermediary partners and introducers.”

Darrell Walker (pictured), head of sales, second charge & commercial lending at InterBay Commercial, added: “We’re delighted to be offering First 4 Bridging members access to our extensive expertise and understanding of complex borrower types. It’s important to us that we partner with intermediaries who are equally committed to providing positive customer outcomes and we’re looking forward to working together.”
