Positive Lending has been added to the panel of Interbay Commercial.

The Bournemouth-based distributor says its commercial department can now offer intermediaries access to “all challenger commercial lenders”.

Interbay offer lending on residential investment, semi-commercial and pure commercial with rates starting from 4.50% plus LIBOR. Interest-only repayment method is available on all asset classes up to 30 year term.

Chris Fairfax, Positive Lending’s managing director, said: “We have been really impressed by the hunger to lend at Interbay and the speed in which they are providing credit-backed offers.

“Interbay products are competitively priced and I’m confident their interest only offering will be well received by borrowers and introducers.”

Andy Reid, Interbay’s national key account and relationship manager, said: “We are pleased to include Positive Lending within our distribution channel and look forward to building a strong working relationship over the coming months. Chris and his team have demonstrated their ability to work well with InterBay and their business model ties in very well with our product range.

“Their attendance at our recent ‘Meet the Team’ event in London proved to be beneficial to both parties and I am confident that we will see a good flow of quality business given their enthusiasm.”
