Instamo to unveil FastAdmin at broker padel event

Published on

Instamo is set to showcase its latest mortgage administration solution, FastAdmin, at a broker-focused padel event on 1 July, as it looks to tackle one of the biggest operational bottlenecks in the advice process.

The launch follows the rollout of FastSubmit and marks the next phase of the firm’s push to streamline the mortgage journey beyond initial submission.

FastAdmin has been developed to address delays between full mortgage application (FMA) and completion, where cases can typically take between three and six weeks to progress.

Fragmented systems and limited administrative capacity continue to act as a drag on broker productivity, particularly for firms looking to scale.

SPEEDY PROCESSING

The platform is designed to reduce manual intervention during this stage, enabling brokers to process cases more efficiently without the need to overhaul existing systems or increase headcount.

For brokers, the focus is on improving speed to offer and reducing the risk of cases stalling, particularly in a market where product volatility remains a concern and lenders can reprice or withdraw deals at short notice.

Instamo will introduce the solution at its FastAdmin Broker Padel Open, bringing together selected intermediary partners for a mix of networking and product demonstration in a more informal setting.

MOVE FASTER

Instamo Founder Freddie Savundra (main picture, inset) told Mortgage Soup: “FastSubmit was just the beginning. With FastAdmin, we’re focused on solving the next major challenge for firms – the time and resource required to move applications from submission through to offer and completion.

“In a market where geopolitical and economic uncertainty can see products pulled at short notice, speed and certainty are critical. FastAdmin is designed to help firms move faster and secure outcomes before the market shifts.”

He added: “The event is a padel event for our broker network, where we are going to play some padel, have some fun, but also show a live demo of our next solution FastAdmin.”
