Inhale Capital now represented on Knowledge Bank

Inhale Capital has gone live on Knowledge Bank, making its bridging finance criteria accessible in real time to UK mortgage professionals.

The lender, which specialises exclusively in bridging, provides funding across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property.

Its product range spans purchases, refinances, capital raises, auction finance and light refurbishments, with terms of up to 18 months and loan sizes of up to £2.5 million.

A key feature of Inhale Capital’s model is that it undertakes valuations in-house, removing the need for a full external valuation. The firm says this speeds up the process and reduces costs for clients. It also offers dual legal representation to further simplify transactions.

Privately funded and lending across England, Scotland and Wales, Inhale supports individuals, limited companies, UK citizens and non-UK residents with the right to reside.

Rob Goodall, founder and chief executive at Inhale Capital, said: “We are excited for the future and no valuation on commercial property is a genuine USP in the bridging space.

“Alongside dual representation, this will ensure speed, efficiency and transparency for borrowers and brokers.”

Julie Bourne, criteria relationship manager at Knowledge Bank, said: “It’s great to welcome Inhale Capital to Knowledge Bank, our brokers are crying out for more options in the bridging market and Inhale will offer another solution for our users.”
