Ingard brokers will be able to instruct via GWlegal’s portal, Gwlive, for all residential purchase and remortgage business. The portal allows brokers to instruct cases instantly and access updates in real-time, 24-7.

Nikki Haworth, Ingard’s sales and marketing director, said: “The addition of GWlegal to our conveyancing panel continues our mission to provide our brokers with service-driven and competitively priced conveyancers, who have the technology and experienced teams in place to thrive in today’s high-speed marketplace.”

Emma Hall (pictured), head of sales at GWlegal, added: “We are delighted to team up with Ingard to offer our conveyancing services, and innovative case management system GWlive, to even more brokers and clients.

“The GWlegal difference is not just our 30-plus years’ experience handling cases big and small, straightforward and complex, but also our talented pool of staff, many of whom have been with us for decades. Our BDMs are true experts in the field and are ready to assist advisors wherever necessary, to ensure cases are completed quickly and efficiently.

“We are very hopeful that our partnership with Ingard, an equally forward-thinking company, will see the New Year off to an excellent start.”
