Ingard adds Safe&Secure Insurance to GI panel

Published on

Ingard Financial has expanded its general insurance (GI) proposition by partnering with Safe&Secure Insurance Services.

Ingard Financial intermediaries will receive a referral commission level of 17.5% of the annual premium. This is payable for all GI products and is also paid on renewal.

Safe&Secure is a specialist provider of general insurance and focuses on selling buildings and contents insurance on behalf of intermediaries. It has a panel of a dozen insurance providers. Comprehensive cover is available ranging from three-star to five-star. Safe&Secure takes full control of regulatory responsibilities with the required `Statement of Needs` and `IDD` supplied to customers. All administration is completed in-house including the issuing of policy schedules.

Nikki Haworth, sales and marketing director at Ingard, said: “Providing effective Insurance solutions is a crucial part of the customer needs analysis and advice process undertaken by an adviser. By doing so effectively compliance commitments are satisfied and importantly doors are closed for opportunistic competitors to pinch an adviser’s customer.
