Ingard has announced that London-based bridging lender, Funding 365, will provide its appointed representatives and directly authorised brokers access to their short-term loan products for buy-to-let, commercial and development properties.

The lender offers loans from £100,000 to £5million+ across England and Wales, with rates from 0.65% pcm for residential investment properties and 0.85% pcm for commercial properties.

Nikki Haworth, sales and marketing director of Ingard, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Funding 365 to our bridging panel. The lender provides a wide range of short-term funding solutions for UK nationals and limited companies; a growing area which we are keen to accommodate.

“Our appointed representatives and directly authorised brokers, who submit business through Ingard’s Specialist Distribution Team, will no doubt find great value in their product offering.”

Mike Strange, managing director of Funding 365, added: “We’re delighted to be teaming up with Ingard Financial to make our bridging offering available to their network members and specialist distribution team.

With their emphasis on honesty, integrity and transparency they’re a natural partner to Funding 365. We look forward to working with them to bring our highly competitive rates and incomparably fast service to even more brokers and their clients.”
