IMLA and CML concerned of possible over-regulation of non-banks

The Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) and the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) have warned that the FSA risks causing “permanent damage”” to the non-deposit taking lender market if it attempts to over-regulate the sector.
