HSBC has unveiled its eighth annual sale, with no fees to pay on its range of tracker mortgages, including those with a 90% LTV.

Fee-free rates for lifetime trackers start from 2.39% for those with a 40% deposit. The HSBC January sale runs from today (22 December) until 31 January 2012.

These new fee-free lifetime tracker rates are available for home purchase and existing homeowners.

Zero fee and fee-free means no booking fee, no standard valuation fee and no completion fee.

HSBC will cover the cost of one standard valuation where this is required by HSBC as part of the mortgage application. Additionally, where it is a “straightforward”” transfer from another lender
