HomeLoan Partnership reveals CRM preview dates

Published on

HomeLoan Partnership (HLP) is inviting advisers to a preview of its new cloud-based CRM system.

With technology partners 360Dotnet and Twenty7Tec, HLP will show how advisers will be able to engage regularly with customers through an interactive online portal, allow customers to both complete their own online fact find and securely upload documents to prepare for appointments before a visit.

Advisers will also find out how to use the fact find on any device and use the data to source according to criteria not price and manage landlords’ portfolios in one place with built-in tools such as Zoopla, Google Earth and pre-population of addresses.

Christopher Tanner, CEO of HomeLoan Partnership, said: “We are always looking to enhance our proposition with members and technology is clearly going to be a differentiator against the direct channels. As a forward thinking business we know that customers are going to change the way they interact with financial services in the future and it’s our responsibility to maintain our member’s competitive edge by investment in the technology they use.”

The dates and locations are:

  • April 14 – AJ Bell Stadium, 1 Stadium Way, Barton-upon-Irwell, Salford, M30 7EY
  • April 15 – Hilton Leicester M1 Junction 24, Derby, DE74 2YW
