The Northview Group is to open its new headquarters on 5 February and in attendance will be the Rt Hon Theresa May, MP for Maidenhead and UK Home Secretary.

The event is being held at The Northview Group’s offices, located in Ascot House. It has already moved around 450 employees from Reading and High Wycombe to Ascot House in Maidenhead, and plans to employ up to 100 more people in the coming months.

May, who is also home secretary, will spend the morning in Maidenhead, meeting people from all areas of the business to learn more about its growth plans and investment in the local area.

The Northview Group operates the brands of its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, including the mortgage lending brands Kensington Mortgage Company and New Street Mortgages, and the mortgage servicing business, Acenden.

Theresa May said: “I am very pleased to officially open The Northview Group’s new headquarters in Maidenhead. More and more businesses are moving to Maidenhead and it is great to welcome the new jobs and investment that this is bringing for the local area.”

Amany Attia, Chief Executive Officer at The Northview Group, added: “We are delighted that Theresa May has taken an interest in The Northview Group and has agreed to officially open our new headquarters.

“Ascot House helps us to deliver a positive, collaborative and culturally and environmentally sensitive space for a growing workforce and we look forward to discussing our plans and how they can dovetail with the Government’s own objective regarding homeownership.”
