HML wins award for excellence

HML, the financial outsourcing provider, has won the Silver Award for Europe in the 2009 Global Awards for Excellence in Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow.

HML picked up the award, now in their 16th year, for the European category in recognition of its innovative business process solutions implemented for its clients. HML was nominated for the European category by Lombardi Software, a software supplier of HML, following the successful implementation of a Credit Management Workflow Project, CREWS.

The awards, hosted by Future Strategies Inc., were presented in a virtual format chaired by Derek Miers, and were presented to the Gold and Silver winners of five geographical regions: Europe, Middle-East Africa, North America, Pacific Rim and South & Central America.

Andrew Jones, chief information officer at HML, said: “We are delighted to have been recognised by our peers with this global award. It is really rewarding to receive acknowledgement for our Credit Management Project
