HML to hold Lean Service Forum

HML is to host the next meeting of the Lean Service Forum (LSF) at its headquarters in Skipton on Tuesday 24 April.

During the day, Forum members will hear about ‘Outsourced customer experience in financial services – HML’s journey’ and have the opportunity to tour the HML site and see how the outsourcer has put Lean tools and techniques into practice on behalf of its clients.

Andrew Jones, HML’s chief executive, said: “We’re delighted to be hosting the next Lean Service Forum here in Skipton. This is a great chance for members to see how Lean can add value for financial services companies.
