HML strives to continually improve with new appointment

HML has appointed Mark Sutch as its new head of continuous improvement and change management.

Sutch joins HML from Shop Direct, the online retail group that owns Littlewoods, Very.co.uk and Isme.

He is tasked with taking HML’s “lean journey to the next stage””.
