HML shortlisted for global business gong

HML is one of half a dozen European companies to be short-listed as a finalist in the Global Awards for Excellence in Business Process Management and Workflow.

The awards, which are in their 18th year, recognise organisations around the world which have excelled in implementing innovative business process solutions to meet strategic business objectives.

HML has worked with IBM to implement a series of BPM solutions in its credit management and repossessions processes. These were designed to create consistent and repeatable tasks, many of them automated, to eliminate human error and embed regulatory changes for clients.

HML won a silver award in 2009.
