HML awarded with BS11000 accreditation

HML has become one of the first financial services firms working to receive BS11000 certification.

Created in December 2010, the BS11000 standard provides a framework for collaborative business relationships that add value to both parties and help companies develop and manage their interactions with other organisations.

Client relations, sales, project management, IT and operations practices and processes were evaluated for evidence of collaboration between HML and its clients.

Andrew Jones, HML’s chief executive, said: “We’re focused on creating value for our clients at every opportunity and working collaboratively is at the heart of this.
