HML has appointed James Parker as its director of client relations.

Parker, who has been with HML for 18 years, will have responsibility for managing and developing relationships with HML’s clients. The outsourcer works with over 30 financial institutions and is the leading mortgage servicing provider in the UK, managing around £45 billion of mortgage assets.
