HLPartnership adds conveyancing service for members

Published on

HLPartnership has launched DigitalMove to its members, promising a faster and more efficient conveyancing service for customers.

DigitalMove, developed by ULS Technology, is an online conveyancing platform which HLP members can now access 24/7, removing the need for paper starter packs by using technology to exchange additional documentation.

For sale & purchase cases, the portal provides a secure environment for modern two way communication between customers, adviser and conveyancer, an intuitive interface and an online document repository.

Shaun Almond (pictured), managing director at HLP, said: “We are delighted to have succeeded in rolling out the DigitalMove conveyancing service, which is the latest in a series of technology based enhancements we have brought on stream for our members.

“DigitalMove brings the conveyancing part of the house buying process into line with the improvements we have made across the mortgage advice process. We are looking forward to developing this concept further with ULS to encompass remortgage cases too.

“By helping to speed up the conveyancing process, DigitalMove is already enhancing the investment we have made in our next generation CRM, sourcing and marketing modules. HLP advisers now have access to technology that provides the best combination of mortgage and insurance tools in the industry.”

Steve Goodall, chief executive of ULS Technology, added: “DigitalMove brings conveyancing into the digital age. We’ve worked extremely hard to ensure that all parties using DigitalMove have a pain-free experience throughout each and every case.

“Customers will have access to a modern platform, 24/7, which helps reduce home moving stress and delivers a quicker, more transparent conveyancing journey.

“We are delighted to be able to offer this innovative new solution to HLP advisers and we’re confident that their customers will see the benefits of moving home with DigitalMove.”
