Hinckley & Rugby Building Society’s mortgages are now available to TenetLime.

TenetLime’s appointed representatives and directly authorised brokers who are members of the TenetLime Mortgage Club will now be able to access Hinckley & Rugby’s range of mortgages, which currently includes discounts, lifetime discounts, fixed rates, fee-free, trackers and buy-to-let.

Many of the mortgages are available as offset products. All are free of Early Repayment Charges (ERCs).

It is the first time the mutual has partnered with TenetLime.

Carolyn Thornley-Yates, Hinckley & Rugby business development manager, said: “We are very pleased to be bringing our attractive range of mortgages to TenetLime’s introducers and their customers. This is an exciting new partnership for the Society.”

Gemma Harle, managing director of TenetLime, said: “We are delighted to be working with Hinckley & Rugby and its bespoke underwriting and personalised service will certainly be appreciated by our members.”
