Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries expands remortgage service with PEXA

Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries is expanding its partnership with PEXA and Optima Legal, launching its fee-assisted remortgage service to the whole of market.

All brokers will now have access to Hinckley & Rugby for Intermediaries’ fee-assisted remortgage service, delivered by Optima Legal and powered by PEXA’s technology.

Through an online case tracking portal, borrowers can stay informed about the progress of their remortgage Following its initial adoption at the end of last year, Hinckley & Rugby is now extending broker access to this service, supporting smoother transactions and improved consumer outcomes.

PEXA is a provider of digital property exchange solutions. It has been a long-standing partner of Hinckley & Rugby, with the lender becoming one of the first to adopt PEXA Pay – the active payment system designed specifically for property transactions.

In 2022, Hinckley & Rugby became the first UK lender to complete an entirely digital remortgage through PEXA’s platform.
