High Court throws out PPI challenge

The High Court has dismissed the British Bankers’ Association’s (BBA) judicial review of new PPI complaints handling measures.

The FSA has welcomed the decision, claiming it will signal the end of years of “poor “”complaint handling and will trigger a “”dramatic improvement”” in the way customers are treated when complaining
