Published on

Halifax Intermediaries is offering first-time buyers and homemovers £1000 cashback on qualifying mortgages.

The cashback will be paid automatically on completion, sent to the conveyancer with the completion funds.

The offer exclude product transfers and further advances.

Ian Wilson, head of Halifax Intermediaries, said: “Buying your first house or moving into your dream home is an exciting time. However, there can be unexpected costs to factor in during what can already be an expensive time.

“Our latest offer aims to help ease some of the financial burden of first-time buyers and homemovers by providing a boost to bank balances, so that they can celebrate moving into their new homes.”
