Halifax Intermediaries tweaks offering

Halifax Intermediaries has made changes to its product range.

It has introduced two-year 80% LTV fixed & tracker products for Homemover, First Time Buyer and Remortgage. They are priced at 3.39% with a £999 fee and 3.79% with no fee.

Remortgage products now have £265 Mortgage Account Fee waived on no fee products or £250 cashback on £999 fee products.

There have been reductions on 85% LTV products – homemover rates reduced by up to 0.20 percentage points and remortgage rates reduced by up to 0.30 percentage points.

In addition, there have been reductions on 90% LTV products: homemover rates reduced by 0.40 percentage points and first-time buyer rates reduced by 0.20 percentage points.
