The Guild of Property Professionals has announced the launch of its series of local meetings for this year.

The regional meetings, which will take place across the UK, start on 19 February 2025 and will run until 22 October 2025.

The events offer Guild members with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and strengthen their networks. The are designed to foster a sense of community among Guild members, enabling them to share insights and discuss region-specific challenges.

Each session is designed to align with the Guild’s core mission to help members increase profitability, reduce costs, and remain compliant with industry regulations.

Joe Rattue, senior account manager at the Guild of Property Professionals, said: “Many of our single-office members find great value in connecting with their peers. These meetings are a chance to thrive together, sharing advice and strategies that make each Member stronger.”

The meetings also serve as a platform for Guild account managers to connect directly with members. Managers will share updates about network developments, market analysis, and key insights from property market data.

Iain McKenzie (pictured), CEO of the Guild of Property Professionals, added: “As always, our goal is to support our members and ensure that they have what they need to succeed and grow their businesses.

“Many independent agencies are competing with larger corporate brands with more resource – being a part of a network such as the Guild provides them with access to a wide range of tools, services, and expertise that can level the playing field.

“By collaborating and sharing best practices, our members can enhance their offerings, build stronger relationships with their clients, and ultimately achieve greater success in an increasingly competitive market.”
