Goldsmith Williams Solicitors to rebrand

Published on

Liverpool-based national law firm Goldsmith Williams Solicitors will become GWlegal later in the year.

There will be a new logo, while clients and introducers will also see a new website, improved letters, leaflets and other promotional materials.

GWlegal will continue dealing with matters of property and equity release, remortgage, financial claims, personal injury and wills & probate.

Adele Whittle, director of operations at the firm, said: “Rebranding from Goldsmith Williams to GWlegal will see us better represent the company that we are – a thoroughly modern, technologically-savvy firm in an ever-changing marketplace.

“At GW, we offer the everyday legal services you require to move smoothly through each stage life’s journey – property law when purchasing your first home; equity release when you retire; financial claims or personal injury services when something goes wrong; will writing to protect you and your loved ones. The full cycle.

“The decision to go for a circular logo reflects that, whereas the overall refreshed look mirrors our vision to move forward and investigate new areas of work.”

GWlegal will retain its current board of management, headed by partners Eddie Goldsmith, Chris Williams and Simon Cottrell, in addition to finance director Allister Hill and Whittle.

The rebrand will also coincide with a new workspace for the firm, which intends to relocate its 150 staff from the Mersey Chambers to 20 Chapel Street in the Liverpool business district later in the year.
