Godiva offers ERC-free BTL deal

Godiva Mortgages has unveiled a new range of buy-to-let products including a three-year fixed rate at 5.35%. There is no early repayment charge and is available up to 60% loan-to-value (LTV).

All products have booking and arrangement fees totaling £1,050 and one valuation up to £680 is included with all buy-to-let mortgages.

Colin Franklin , managing director of Godiva Mortgages, said: “We are delighted to launch a new fixed rate buy-to-let product which is the only one of its kind currently available on the market. It is perfect for customers looking to protect themselves from potential rate rises
