Glenhawk makes underwriting appointment

Glenhawk has appointed Amy Wareham as a junior underwriter.

Wareham (pictured) joins the specialist property lender’s 20-strong team of real estate professionals, supporting a range of borrowers across the South of England and Midlands.

Previously at LendInvest, Wareham will be based in London, reporting directly to the director of lending, Nick Hilton. She will be responsible for supporting the underwriting team, expediting the enquiry to completion process.

Amy’s previous roles include bridging case manager at LendInvest, client relationship manager at SPF Private Clients and sales support at Coreco Group.

Guy Harrington, CEO of Glenhawk, said: “Whilst macro uncertainty continues to be a thorn in the side of the real estate sector, we have both a market leading offering and growing addressable market, meaning we are extremely well placed to build on our 2018 successes.

“Amy is another strong addition to the team and will be integral in assisting in the delivery of our customer-centric strategy.”
