GB Bank launches redesigned website to strengthen support for brokers

Published on

GB Bank has unveiled a fully redeveloped website aimed at improving the experience for intermediaries and customers as the lender steps up its digital strategy.

The new platform sets out GB Bank’s lending and savings propositions with clearer navigation and a sharper focus on intermediary support.

A dedicated broker hub has been introduced to make it easier for advisers to understand the bank’s criteria and engage with its teams.

FOCUS ON INTERMEDIARIES

The intermediary section brings together lending criteria for its buy-to-let and bridging products, alongside an expanded FAQs area designed to address common case placement questions.

A new enquiry form is supported by an AI-powered chatbot, allowing brokers to sense check scenarios and arrange appointments with relationship managers for more complex cases.

The site highlights tailored solutions for residential, semi-commercial and commercial property investment, with lending available to UK companies, individuals, offshore structures and foreign nationals with a UK bank account.

IMPROVED CUSTOMER JOURNEY FOR SAVERS

GB Bank has also overhauled its savings section with an updated interface that allows customers to compare accounts more easily and complete applications through a streamlined online journey.

Savings accounts can be managed online or via the GB Bank mobile app, available through both major app stores.

INDUSTRY REACTION

Mike Says (pictured), chief executive at GB Bank, said: “This new website marks a significant milestone in our journey to become the go-to bank for property investors and savers alike.

“We’ve listened to our intermediary partners and customers, and built a platform that’s intuitive, informative, and tailored to their needs.”

He added: “We know that speed, clarity, and access to decision-makers are vital for brokers. Our new website puts those needs front and centre.

“It’s been designed to save brokers time, give them confidence in our criteria, and make it easier to get in touch with our team, particularly on complex or high-value deals.”

“Whether you’re a broker looking for bespoke lending solutions or a saver seeking competitive rates, our new site makes it easier than ever to engage with GB Bank.”

The relaunch forms part of the bank’s broader plan to enhance digital capability and strengthen relationships with intermediaries and customers.
