Gateway Surveyors to hold climate change conference

Gateway Surveyors will be hosting its inaugural ‘Climate Change Conference’ on 14 November at St George’s Park.

The firm, part of Simplybiz, is holding the all-day event to explore the critical impact of climate change and ESG factors on the built environment and lending policies.

EFFECT ON LENDING DECISIONS

The event will feature presentations from Net Zero Now, Simplybiz Mortgages, University of Salford, Enable and Groundsure, with speakers offering their understanding of how climate change will increasingly influence lending decisions and, consequently, the housing market.
