Cumberland Building Society has reappointed Gateway Surveyors as its panel manager.

This is the latest in a series of existing business partnerships that the Derby-based surveying firm, which is part Simplybiz, has extended during 2024.

Pete Hughes (pictured), chief executive of Gateway Surveyors, said: “Gateway Surveyors has built a strong legacy of delivering market-leading panel management services, and we take pride in our reputation for offering innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients, as well as our ability to swiftly adapt to changing circumstances.

“Our reappointment as panel manager by the Cumberland Building Society is testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, as well as the strong relationship we have developed with our clients.”

Rachael Cross, head of underwriting at Cumberland Building Society, added: “We are committed to providing our members with the best possible services, enabling them to confidently build their futures. All of our partnerships are built around this principle, which is why we chose to continue our collaboration with Gateway.

“Their values and work ethic are perfectly aligned with ours, allowing us to offer our customers a more secure and efficient mortgage journey.”
