FSA now removing permissions over RMAR issues

The FSA has removed the permissions of seven individuals and firms over RMAR failings.
The regulator found they had all failed to comply with the regulatory requirement to submit their Retail Mediation Activities Return (“RMAR””) for the period ended 30 September 2009.
