It will be opened by Sir Christopher Meyer and includes a key debate on the ‘politics of finance’ between two financial journalists.

All attendees of the FP Show, which takes place at Olympia in London on 8 November, can earn CPD points for visiting the show, as well as for seminar attendance.

Conference agenda:

10:30 The conference programme will be opened by Sir Christopher Meyer who will give the keynote speech.

12:30 ‘The Politics of finance’ brings together Philip Coggan of the Economist and Larry Elliott, economics editor at the Guardian –  who will discuss our country’s current eco-political state. The debate will be mediated by Coreco’s Andrew Montlake.

Rachel Fellows of R&R Events, the organiser of the FP Show, said: “We are very excited to have attracted this calibre of speakers for our conference programme, which we believe takes our expo to a new level in terms of visitor interest. This is going to be a memorable day for everyone who attends the FP Show.

“Not only can they meet more lenders and product providers than ever before, attend some of the most informative sessions ever put together at a UK finance Expo, but they can also pick up valuable CPD points for attending, too.”
