Four new divisional sales directors at Just Mortgages

National brokerage Just Mortgages has announced the appointment of four new divisional sales directors within its employed division.

Joining the Just Mortgages team is Emily Fox and Sharman Apps. Fox joins Duncan Jones in the Taurus chapter to support estate agency brokers in the M1 region, having previously worked for NatWest, Sharman Quinney and the wider Connells Group.

Apps joins Andrew Lake to work with brokers in the Kent region, which is part of the Orion chapter – led by managing director John Doughty. Across 15 years in financial services, Apps has worked for Santander, Embrace Financial Services and most recently Mortgage First.

Meanwhile, brokers Nicole Cox and Adam Davis have both been promoted from within Just Mortgages, with Cox supporting estate agency brokers in the Norfolk region. Davis will utilise his talents across the Apollo new build division to support brokers with new build and shared ownership cases, all while strengthening partnerships with developers, lenders and housing associations.

Working alongside the financial services directors and wider senior management team, all four appointments will be tasked with growing the employed division. In addition to day-to-day support when needed, they will be responsible for recruitment, development and delivery.

John Phillips, CEO of Spicerhaart and Just Mortgages, said: “The employed division continues to be a high-performing part of our business, bringing together talented and successful brokers across the country. These high-calibre appointments will take the division from strength to strength, increasing the knowledge base and support that is available to each adviser to reach their full potential.

“Not only are we thrilled to add such experience to our team with Emily and Sharman, but to recognise and promote just some of the brilliant talent found within Just Mortgages. Given their success in a relatively short space of time, both Nicole and Adam will be great inspiration and a fantastic resource for the brokers in their regions.”

Cox added: “I am very proud to be taking the next step in my career with Just Mortgages. The level of support I have received in reaching this position has been fantastic and I look forward to replicating this moving forward with my team. My hope is that by sharing my story and using my experience, I can demonstrate that if you work hard and you’re dedicated, the opportunities to progress are there for all. We have some really talented advisers in our division, and I look forward to not only supporting them day-to-day, but in helping them realise their potential.”

Fox added: “I’m really pleased to be joining the team at Just Mortgages and to be working closely with brokers across the M1 region. The opportunity to run my own team and utilise the structures and processes Just Mortgages has put in place is hugely appealing. My passion is helping advisers achieve their own personal goals, whether it’s being available to help find a solution or supporting them in getting to where they want to be. This exciting role certainly enables me to do this and more.”
