Foundation Home Loans grows sales operation

Foundation Home Loans has appointed James Adkin to the position of regional account manager for London and the South East.

Adkin joins from GE Capital and has over 12 years’ experience in business development roles. He began his career at Preferred Mortgages in 2003, before going on to Platform Home Loans and Co-operative Banking Group as business relationship manager.

Paul Brett, Foundation Home Loans’ business development director,  said that now the lender has set up a key accounts management team, the time was right to provide London and the South East with dedicated support.

He said: “We have built up strong relationships across England and Wales with key partnerships, which are thriving. The London and South East area is a key area for us and as we strengthen existing relationships and develop new partnerships, it was time to have a dedicated resource in the capital and South East.

“We have been fortunate in securing the services of James Adkin, who has vast experience of the intermediary market. I am sure he will be welcomed by our partners and we look forward to new business built round a further strengthening of those relationships.”

Admin added: “I am delighted to be joining the Foundation Home Loans team. The business is just a year old and has already established a strong presence in its chosen market.

“The plans for the business make this an exciting opportunity for me and I am looking forward to further developing our business relationships and helping our partners to be even more successful.”
