Foundation Home Loans expands Key Partners panel

Foundation Home Loans has added network, Fiducia Commercial Network, to its Key Partners distribution panel.

Fiducia Commercial Network’s Appointed Representative (AR) firms – of which the network has close to 80 – will now be able to access mortgage products through two Foundation brands, ‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ and ‘Solutions by Foundation’.

‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ is the lender’s core buy-to-let range with products available for limited company, individual and portfolio and non-portfolio landlords, while ‘Solutions by Foundation’ offers a range of products for specialist buy-to-let properties such as mixed use (part-commercial), multi-occupation properties and a range of specialist property mortgages for UK expat landlords.

Recently, Foundation launched a new suite of products specifically for landlords buying or refinancing Multiple Properties Under One Title under the ‘Solutions by Foundation’ brand.

Grant Hendry (pictured), director of sales at Foundation Home Loans, said: “We’re very pleased to be able to add Fiducia Commercial Network to our Key Partners distribution panel, and to build on the working relationships we already have with many of its AR firms.

“As a result of this, we can now offer all Fiducia advisers access to both our ‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ and ‘Solutions by Foundation’ product ranges. Fiducia Commercial Network is a network offering a broad range of financial advice and financial solutions, and it therefore makes perfect sense to move it to Key Partner status, particularly as they have strong expertise in not just buy-to-let mortgages, but the more specialist product offering we are now delivering to market, such as complex portfolio buy-to-let, semi-commercial and multiple properties under one title.

“We’re all looking forward to working closely with the Fiducia Commercial Network team and helping its advisers secure the right finance for their clients.”

Mark Grant, managing director at Fiducia Commercial Network, added: “Working with Foundation Home Loans on their ‘Buy to Let by Foundation’ proposition forms part of the network’s core activities, but their innovative ‘Solutions by Foundation’ proposition plays into Fiducia Commercial Network AR’s strengths of specialist buy-to-let and multi-unit properties, semi-commercial properties and buy-to-let solutions for expat investors.

“We are delighted to extend our working relationship with Foundation Home Loans as a Key Partner and distributor of their products.”
