Fleet Mortgages has set out its appearances at a timetable of summer and autumn adviser road shows offered by its main distributor partners.

Senior members of the the buy-to-let lender’s sales team and key account managers will be available at all dates and venues, and will be available to meet advisers and intermediaries to discuss the Fleet Mortgage product range, its criteria, as well as key industry issues.

The road show sessions begin with the Connect Mortgage Club buy-to-let and commercial events which take place throughout July, August and September in various places such as Maidstone, Nottingham, Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Cambridge.

During September Fleet Mortgages is attending SimplyBiz mortgage events in Fleet, Leeds, and Manchester, plus Source events taking place in Newcastle and Durham.

Throughout September and October, Fleet Mortgages’ staff will also be attending all the Mortgage Extra Live events, hosted by Sesame Bankhall. These take place in a variety of places including Exeter, Chepstow, Derby, Southampton, and many more.

Finally, during October, Fleet Mortgages will be at the Mortgage Business Expo show at the Barbican Centre in London, plus it will be taking part in Buy to Let Club events in Manchester, Birmingham, Bracknell and London.

Bob Young, Fleet Mortgages’ CEO, said: “Part of our ongoing focus is to showcase the breadth of our criteria and great pricing to as many introducers as we can, therefore we’ll be attending road shows and events throughout the summer and autumn.

“As an intermediary-only lender we want to be out in the marketplace engaging with buy-to-let advisers across the whole country. Our key distribution partners’ events allow us to do this and, given the changes affecting the buy-to-let market announced within the recent Emergency Budget, it is a vitally important time to be exploring the potential implications for borrowers and how advisers can support and advise them. In particular, we anticipate increased interested in the use of limited company vehicles and as one of the few specialist lenders active in this area, we can provide much-needed information and mortgage availability.

“We are looking forward to meeting advisers across the country and would urge anyone attending these events to ensure they meet the Fleet Mortgages’ team.”
