First Mortgage Solutions has appointed Jamie Morgan as sales director as the South Wales brokerage prepares for its next phase of growth.

Morgan (pictured), who has held senior positions across the mortgage sector, joins the firm at what it describes as a pivotal stage in its development.

The company is expanding its services and transitioning from brokerage to network, a move which chief executive Christopher Davies said requires strong leadership.

“We are excited to welcome Jamie to the First Mortgage Solutions family,” said Davies. “As First Mortgage Solutions evolves from a brokerage into a network, we see Jamie as the right person to spearhead this movement.

“His expertise, vision, and proven experience will not only help us attract top talent from across the industry, but also ensure we continue delivering the very best outcomes for our clients as we grow and adapt in today’s fast-moving mortgage market.”

Morgan said he was keen to focus on giving advisers the support and resources they need while maintaining high levels of client service.

“With significant changes and growth on the horizon, I’m eager to play my part in taking the network to the next level for both our advisers and our clients.

“My focus will be on supporting our advisers with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to thrive, while ensuring every client experiences the very best service and outcomes,” he said.

Davies added that Morgan’s collaborative style and emphasis on service aligned with the company’s values.

With Morgan in place, First Mortgage Solutions said it expects to strengthen its role in the community and support more homebuyers and homeowners in the years ahead.
